You need to be in control of your tasks. Write your tasks on the paper. Make a lists. You are the one in control of your life. Give your kids chores. They can help you with laundry, feed the pets, if they are old enough they can clean the house. If you need to clean your house, throw away stuff that you don’t need, get three boxes and label each. One will be “Keep”, one “Toss”, and one “Donate”. Sort your stuff and you’re good to go. This will make you feel incredible. Give yourself time. Organization doesn’t happen overnight.
